Delicious pizza!! Got a thin crust with sausage and veggies and it was very good. Light and delicious. Also got a salad with house dressing, salad was nothing special but the dressing was so good! Dipped my pizza in it as well.

I haven't actually dined in, although the inside is how i feel Italian places should be, dark-ish. Just wish there was more seclusion between booths. To be certain I give the Pagliai's special pizza 5 stars, not the house special. I've had both, and the house special wouldn't bring 5 stars. Neither would their spaghetti, but you can't beat the value.

Our oldest is a student at EIU and wanted our family to try this place with her tonight. We got a large thin cheese pizza, a small pizza with a few toppings, spaghetti and lots of garlic bread. Delicious!!! The restaurant was full the whole time we were there. Only issue is you can't sit more than 4 at a table and we had 5 so the hubs got stuck at the end of the booth. Would def go back!

I've eaten here twice and wasn't disappointed either time. The cheese styz are absolutely amazing! The pizza is absolutely amazing as well. I found that thick crust may be my favorite so far. I'll be back to try the pan crust.

Pros - Friendly amd talented staff, some of the best pizza in Charleston, IL Needs Improvememt - Dining it, felt really cramped. A lil bit on the oilier side with pizza so take your tums if you have a weak stomach like me. Oil doesnt affect pizza's taste. Overall: 4/5, but still my #1 pizza place in this college city. Would come here every time if I had to choose.

The set up in this little place is super cute. You can watch them make pizza as you dine. If you go at Night prepare to eat in a very dim dining room. I had to use my flash light to see the menu. The staff was very nice. The atmosphere was busy but not chaotic. Our food came out relatively fast considering the amount of pizza those men were shoveling in and out of those ovens! Wow! We ordered a peporin, pagliai's special and cheese sticks. It was all so good! The cheeeeese! The only issue I had with the pagliai special was the toppings kept sliding right off. Cheese and all. But.. tacos fall apart some times too so that's how I ate it. In a pizza crust taco! We will for sure be back if we ever head that way again! The pictures were hard to take in the dark. But you get the idea!
